    From now on, we will refer to the 'USER', who is the individual purchasing the product(s) through the website, and 'THE COMPANY', which is WOREVA.

    THE COMPANY offers the following delivery methods for orders to THE USER:

    a) In-Person Pick-Up (warehouse pick-up). No cost for THE USER.

    b) Standard Shipping, with an approximate delivery time of 48 to 72 hours. It costs €4.99.

    c) Express Shipping, with an approximate delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. It costs €5.99.

    The aforementioned shipping costs will be free for all orders priced at €59.00 or higher. For all orders over 10 kg in weight, an additional shipping fee of €0.30 per kg will apply, without exception for orders over €59.00. The total shipping price will be duly informed to THE USER during the purchase process before making the payment.

    General home delivery conditions:

    · All home delivery orders are prepared at our online warehouse, and transportation is managed by an external company (CORREOS). To continue offering the best price on all our products, we strive to minimize shipping costs. Free shipping will be covered by THE COMPANY.

    · If any product in the order is unavailable, we will contact THE USER as soon as possible to offer a solution. If a refund for the missing product is preferred, and this results in not meeting the minimum purchase amount (€59), the corresponding shipping costs will be charged. The user will be contacted by email or WhatsApp. If there is no response after 7 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded.

    A specific delivery time and day cannot be chosen. It will be delivered according to the selected shipping method and close to the estimated delivery date provided by WOREVA.

    · The courier is not required to call THE USER before delivery.

    Once all delivery attempts have been exhausted, THE USER can request a new delivery attempt through contact@woreva.es, although this entails paying the corresponding delivery costs.

    · Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond THE COMPANY’s control, such as weather or other exceptions preventing service, such as loss or damage to the package by the courier company.

    · THE USER is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to THE COMPANY for delivery and/or order tracking. If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the delivery time will be affected.

    · If the email provided by THE USER is incorrect and/or inactive, THE COMPANY is not responsible for THE USER not receiving order confirmation and/or tracking emails.

    · If THE USER refuses to accept a delivery that has already left our facilities and is within the estimated delivery period, the full order amount will be refunded, except for the expenses incurred for this return. THE COMPANY has 14 days to process the refund.

    · IMPORTANT: All home delivery dates provided by THE COMPANY are estimates, meaning the delivery will occur on a business day as close as possible to that date, but delivery on that exact date is not guaranteed.
